I love the rain! I just don't like going out in it. It makes such a great sound and everything feels so fresh after a good rain. But again, I don't like having to go somewhere in it. Or actually, I don't want to drive in it. Because occasionally I do want to go play in the rain. It is very refreshing. Plus I appreciate the sun a little more when it stops...

Training

Wow! Training other people can be hard sometimes. I get nervous about what people want to hear and what they need to know. I was just asked to train at tupperware's regional conference. This is the second time I will be doing this and there is usually about 400 - 500 people there! I am comfortable with the topic (recruiting), but just need to get my thoughts together.

Tupperware referrals

I am sitting here checking emails and thinking about my job. I am moving back up the Tupperware ladder and really want to keep my momentum going. I need referrals. My team is on FIRE right now and I want to keep my personal business going that way too. I have been doing this a long time and just now realizing the power of referrals. But what can I do to get more? I do get my name out there. I have a special myspace and website devoted just to that. I really do love what I do! I have been getting a lot of referrals, but want more. As you know, not all of them always pan out...

House hunting

Why? Why does house hunting have to be sooooo hard? We have been looking for a house since May and still nothing. If it isn't one thing it's another. We have looked at so many homes. We have even put in a couple of offers. The problem is either they need to much work or they are to small. I want to stay close to the area we are in because my parents are here. We found close to what would be a perfect home and come to find out that one of the neighbors was robbed recently. We have a very patient real estate agent! He even shows use homes on his day off. Well all I can say is good things happen to those who wait!

So, Iris emailed me this link and I decided to try it. My goal is to blog at least a couple of times a week. That is a pretty attainable goal! We will see how it goes. Who knows, I might actually do this more then twice a week!
